Editorial Work and Peer Review Procedure
1. On the day of receipt of the manuscript, a notification is sent to the editors via the electronic platform indicating the date of receipt and the registration number.
2. Each received manuscript receives an individual registration number, which ensures the author's anonymity during reviewing.
3. The author's manuscripts are initially checked by the technical editor for compliance with the topic and content of the journal, as well as for compliance with technical design requirements. In case of inconsistency with the subject of the journal, the manuscript is returned to the author.
If technical adjustments are necessary, the manuscript is also returned to the author for revision.
After the editorial board's comments on the design are eliminated, the manuscript is sent for review.
4. Editors may reject a manuscript without peer review if it does not correspond to the subject matter of the journal or the required quality level. The decision is made by the technical editor solely on the basis of the content and quality of the manuscript and is communicated to the author after its acceptance.
5. The manuscript is sent for review to two independent experts in the relevant field of research. In controversial cases, additional reviewers may be involved at the discretion of the editorial board. Based on expert opinions, one of the following decisions is made:
- To publish the material as presented,
- Send the manuscript for revision,
- Reject the manuscript.
6. The review is conducted according to the principle of "blind" review, in which neither the author nor the reviewer knows each other's personalities.
7. The editorial board informs the author about the results of the review via the electronic platform after accepting the manuscript for consideration. If the reviewers' reviews are delayed, the editorial board notifies the author of the new review dates.
8. The manuscript sent to the authors for revision must be returned in its corrected form. Then she is considered as newly admitted. The corrected manuscript should be accompanied by a letter from the authors describing the changes made and responding to all comments from the reviewers.
9. The editorial board reserves the right to change the order of publication of the manuscripts. Acceptance of a manuscript for publication does not mean that it will be published in the next issue of the journal.
10. The editors reserve the right to make changes to the manuscript that do not distort its meaning. All changes made are coordinated with the author (or the corresponding author). If necessary, the editorial board may make abbreviations and editorial revisions of the manuscripts. After publication, the author has the right to receive a copy of his article in PDF format.
11. All interactions between the editorial board, the author (or the corresponding author) and the reviewers are carried out through an electronic platform. In exceptional cases, the use of e-mail is allowed.
12. The editorial staff adheres to editorial ethics and does not disclose the details of the work on the manuscript without the author's consent. The advantages or disadvantages of the manuscript, comments and corrections on it are not discussed with third parties, and internal reviews are not disclosed.
