Publication Ethics

PUBLICATION ETHICS REQUIREMENTS

          The editorial board of the journal in its activities is guided by International Ethics Standards of Scientific Publications and the Code of Ethics of Scientific Publications developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

          Ethical Guidelines for Editors:

          The editors of the journal are responsible for making decisions about the publication of submitted manuscripts based on their scientific significance, originality, relevance to the journal's subject matter, and the results of peer review. When deciding whether to publish an article, the editor is guided solely by the scientific significance of the manuscript and does not discriminate against the author on any grounds of affiliation.

          Ensure compliance with publication ethics standards, including the prevention of plagiarism and data falsification.

          Maintain the confidentiality of submitted materials.

          Members of the Editorial Board are required to decline to review a manuscript if there is a conflict of interest with the author or authors of the article.

Ethical principles of authors:

          The author(s) are responsible for the originality and scientific accuracy of the materials presented;

          The author(s) guarantee that the research results presented in the article are independent and original work;

          The author(s) guarantee that the manuscript submitted to the editorial office has not been submitted for consideration to other publications;

          The author(s) undertake to correctly cite scientific and other sources that they have used in the course of their research;

          All authors of the article are responsible for the content of the manuscript.

Ethical principles for reviewers:

          Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents;

          Conduct reviews objectively and with justification;

          Refuse to review manuscripts if there is a conflict of interest or if they consider themselves insufficiently qualified in the field of science to which the manuscript belongs.

          Reviewers must adhere to the established deadlines for preparing reviews.
