About the Journal

The scientific journal «Journal of Central Asian History, Culture and Politics» is published by the Republican State Institution «Institute of State History» of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The journal was registered with the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 23, 2024, under registration certificate No. KZ44VPY00099147.
The journal publishes materials in three languages (Kazakh, English, and Russian):
Scientific articles presenting the results of original research work;
Review articles summarizing the current state of academic knowledge on a specific topic;
Book reviews offering a critical analysis of the value, content, and significance of books.
The journal is published quarterly.
Publication in the journal is free of charge.
The aim and thematic focus of the journal are to highlight and promote the results of scientific research on topical issues of history and historical processes, as well as the socio-economic, political, and cultural development of the countries of Central Asia.
The publications in the scientific journal cover the following specialties: Historical Sciences; Political Sciences; Sociology and Culture.
