Submissions
Author Guidelines
One-time publication. The author (or the corresponding author) guarantees that the manuscript submitted to the editorial board has not been submitted for consideration in other publications. Submitting a manuscript to several journals and publications at the same time is unacceptable and is a gross violation of the principles, standards and norms of publication ethics. Examples of such violations include: submitting the same manuscript to two or more publications at the same time, publishing previously published material without notifying the editorial board, and using translated versions of the article without specifying the original source.
The authorship of the manuscript. The person who has made the greatest intellectual contribution to the preparation of the manuscript (with two or more co-authors) is indicated first in the list of authors. For each manuscript, an author should be appointed for correspondence, who is responsible for preparing the final version of the manuscript, communicating with the editorial board, ensuring that all research participants (if there is more than one author) who have made sufficient contributions to it are included in the list of authors, and also receiving approval of the final version of the manuscript from all authors for submission to the editorial office for publication. All the authors mentioned in the manuscript are responsible for the content of the work.
The principle of originality. The author (or the corresponding author) guarantees that the research results presented in the manuscript are original independent work and do not contain incorrect borrowings and plagiarism, which can be identified during the review of the manuscript through the plagiarism verification system.
- The author (or corresponding author) is responsible for publishing manuscripts with signs of unethical behavior, plagiarism, self-plagiarism, self-citation, falsification, fabrication, data distortion, false authorship, duplication, conflict of interest and deception.
The principle of confirming sources. The author (or the corresponding author) undertakes to correctly indicate the scientific and other sources that he (she) used during the research. If any parts of other people's works are used and/or the statements of another author(s) are borrowed, the manuscript should contain bibliographic references indicating the author(s) of the original source. In case of using sources from closed databases or archives, the authors are required to indicate their full name, date of access and available details (record number, archive number, etc.). If it is impossible to provide open access to these sources, it is recommended to attach copies of the materials for reviewers. Bibliographic references should be designed according to the established requirements, and information from questionable sources is excluded.
- If the reviewers, the technical editor or a member(s) of the editorial board of the journal have doubts about the authenticity and reliability of the research results, the author (or the corresponding author) is obliged to provide additional materials to confirm the results or facts given in the manuscript.
Correcting errors during the publishing process. In case of errors and inaccuracies in the work at any stage of the publication process, the author (or the corresponding author) undertakes to promptly inform the technical editor about this and provide assistance in correcting or correcting errors for publication on the journal's website of the appropriate correction with comments. In case of detection of gross errors that cannot be corrected, the author (or the corresponding author) must withdraw the manuscript.
The principle of compliance with publication ethics. The author (or corresponding author) is required to comply with ethical standards related to criticism or comments regarding research, as well as with regard to interaction with the editorial board regarding peer review and publication. Failure to comply with ethical principles by the authors is regarded as a gross violation of publication ethics and provides grounds for revocation/withdrawal (retraction) of the manuscript from review and/or publication.
