Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
The editorial board has established the following policy regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation, writing, and submission of scientific manuscripts. This policy has been developed in accordance with the current guidelines and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- Authorship and contribution
Under no circumstances may artificial intelligence systems be listed as authors.
- Quality and integrity
All information must be verified before submission.
- Ethical considerations
Authors are fully responsible for any content created or modified using artificial intelligence tools, including text, figures, tables, code, or analytical materials. All results obtained using artificial intelligence must be thoroughly checked, verified, and approved by the authors before submission. Authors are fully responsible for any inaccuracies, misleading statements, incorrect citations, or fabricated references resulting from the use of artificial intelligence. The presentation of unverified or fabricated materials created using artificial intelligence as scientific evidence is a serious violation of publication ethics.
- Permitted use of AI tools
The journal permits the use of AI tools only for auxiliary and non-creative purposes, such as:
- improving grammar, spelling, and clarity of language;
- creating schematic or conceptual visualisations;
- improving text readability without changing the scientific meaning.
Artificial intelligence tools should not be used to obtain experimental data, falsify results, create references, or manipulate analysis results.
